Great Company, treated an intern with such respect.

No cons as of now.

The pay is slightly better than average for a graduate.

At RK Capital there is no training structure whatsoever. Going in as a graduate wanting some guidance with the role there was a total lack of cohesion in the training. The atmosphere was very off putting. There was no team work, every one is an individual with a poor attitude. Promises made in the interview were not delivered and the hectic environment meant that there were ridiculously long hours with no rewards.
