Pros
Lots of room for self-driven improvement and development of skills in a variety of areas. Given direction and ability to be creative with the solution and research.
Cons
Not many employees, need to be tech savvy as the owner is not. The owner while creative, is stuck in his ways, not open to new technological ways of organizing and streamlining project management process. Must be a calm individual willing to take orders and be flexible with whatever verbal emotions are inflicted upon you. Jack-of-all-trades necessary.
