Pros

A Warm Welcome: I see my role as more than just a trainer; helping new teammates feel at home and confident from day one. The "Helper" Mindset: When I focus on "continuous improvement," it’s because I genuinely value my coworkers' time. I want to make our training so accessible and easy to use that it removes stress from their busy days. Committed to Quality: My drive to keep everything "up-to-date" comes from a place of care. I want the team to have total trust in the resources I provide so they can focus on their own roles with peace of mind.

Cons

Refining Focus: My passion for accuracy drives me to perfect the details; I’m working on balancing this with big-picture project planning. Energy Pacing: I’m learning to better manage the transition from analytical morning tasks to the high-energy social demands of onboarding. Defining "Done": Because I value excellence, I’m practicing recognizing when a training is effective and ready, avoiding the trap of over-refining.

Pros

Overall RRPA has been a supportive and encouraging place to work and I am grateful for the Experience! I feel like my role actually matters and that I am a supported by a team that genuinely wants patients to have the best experience possible. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which I appreciate. They take the time to explain changes and make sure we have what we need to do our jobs well

Cons

The pace can be overwhelming and because of that , processes and expectations change often

Pros

Career Growth: I've had the opportunity to work across multiple departments including business development, clinic/regional operations, project management, IT, and scheduling. The organization truly invests in employee development and allows you to explore different areas based on your interests and skills. Leadership: Dr. Chili and the leadership team are approachable, supportive, and genuinely care about both employees and patients. They value input from all levels and create an environment where your ideas matter. Mission-Driven: The focus on improving mental health access is real and meaningful. You feel like you're making a difference every day. Growth & Expansion: Being part of a rapidly growing company (now across multiple states) means new opportunities constantly emerge. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment, this is the place. Variety: No two days are the same. The diverse responsibilities keep work interesting and challenging in the best way.

Cons

Fast Pace: The rapid growth means things can be fast-paced and occasionally hectic. If you prefer a slower, more predictable environment, this might be challenging. Evolving Processes: As we scale, processes and systems are continuously being refined. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity at times.
