Pros

Overall a great place to work! Teamwork and support from different departments is an amazing aspect of RIVA's culture. Employees make a special effort to get to know each other beyond the work environment. RIVA also supports professional growth. Everyone is given the opportunity to work in different areas and learn different skillsets. I have had a great time working at RIVA. Over the years I have learnt different aspects of my department that I could not have experience at any other company. As long as you are willing to take up new tasks you will keep progressing in your career.

Cons

There can be many tasks thrown at you, leaving your schedule very busy.
