Pros

- Large university with many dedicated faculty and interesting projects - Campus is well serviced across many disciplines

Cons

- RIT is seeking to transform into a R1 university but at a budget which means that many administrative and faculty roles are over worked and understaffed

Pros

Good benefits, free tuition, good 401k matching, social culture is diverse and welcoming.

Cons

Leadership is not held accountable, understaffing is the norm, so work is overloaded, staff is grossly underpaid held to more account than leadership, processes take insanely long due to understaffing / work overload. Staff just generally treated less than no upward mobility for staff positions
