Pros

A very passionate and dedicated leadership team, who are very supportive and leading the business in the direction to achieve the goals of the business. A very fast passed environment and challenging environment.

Cons

Expectations are very high, while this is not really a con, it means that hard work and dedication is required to meet goals and objectives set by management.

Horrendous management! Poor employee benefits and engagement, no proper systems or technology in place as a business, bad flexibility at work and poor work life balance for employees. The office is being managed in a very sadist approach where employees not allowed to talk in office which leads to alot of politics due to lack of communication, female lead is the only one allowed to speak in the office and not willing to change to accept new ideas from employees or even interested to receive feedback on changes, staff are not even allowed to use mobile, work from home. Entire business is being run like a one man show even though it's a company of a bigger MNC. Staff rentention is poor and churn of staff is frequently sighted.

We 100% agree that staff are our greatest asset. And we want to hear from our employees to ensure we are getting it right when and where we can. We have recently started conducting a PULSE survey and sessions where employees are asked to share their thoughts on different aspects of the company - and then following up with actions and outcome. So far, so good, but we are always looking to improve. On the technology front, we are also improving, we are now part of Sterling who has supporting us in rolling out systems like salesforce.com and soon to be rolled out Workday. All are having a positive impact and we are hearing lots of positive feedback. And we wont stop there!
