Pros
- Good health insurance. No copay for specialists & no pay for meds. - Breakfast every Friday. Eventually, it gets boring as it is rotation of the same food. - Breakroom is stocked with snacks.
Cons
- Terrible management. They say they "care" about you, but it's all a front. Manipulative & will undermine you. - They WILL lowball you. Salaries here are NOT competitive at all, at least for assistants. - Assistant roles here are very expendable. - Churn & burn company. There's a reason why so many have left. - Lots of favoritism & nepotism.
