Where to begin... * Their Accounting and payroll is a mess so employees are not being paid accurately and the managers won't fix known errors * Horrible managers with minimal training provided (not their fault but no interest by execs to bring in professional trainers) * Unskilled, unprofessional executives with little interest in learning or growing * No diversity outside of tokenism so lots of racial microaggressions * Authoritative and micromanaging leaders * Lots of turnover due to burnout caused by the toxic environment
