Depending on which department you work in, you will have a good work and more opportunities, eg, they have a very strong comms department as their goal is focused about how the world see us and not about the quality of products we are offering.
The engineering departments are not the internally valued ones: the teams are run by useless and incompetent managers. You will not have any professional development, they say they are working on it, but this is not true, some managers are so arrogant and self-centered and incompetents that they are not interested on people developing. And although HR knows the situation, they doesn't want to be involved on any issue, abuse or problem is happening in there.
And in general, be careful in this organisation because as soon as you get distracted there will be a knife in your back.
