Apart from work, the company actively organizes events and activities that help build strong team bonding and a positive environment.

      More structured communication during transition phases would help employees feel even more supported.

      They will start hiring you when you ask for salary hike. From last 2 to 3 years no hikes. If someone joins then that means you are stuck. Here even a award winner excellent employees gets fire.
