Great diversity in patients. Good opportunities for education and learning. One works with intelligent members of an interdisciplinary team.

Staff is overworked and underappreciated. Management makes decisions based on the fiscal "bottom line", often resulting in further employee dissatisfaction (for example, work spaces too small, too many patients per therapist). HIGH turnover among staff.
