Awful leadership - Anonymous employee RIA Advisory Employee Review

Everything... not even the benefits were worth it. Insurance didnt even cover sick visits at your dr. Ceo hasn't a clue what management is doing. Its a very "clique" culture. Use and abuse their employees, asking them to answer calls all hours of the day and night bc they are a "worldwide corp"... with a few handful employees in each country. They claim to be so big and they aren't at all. The chro shows favoritism toward employees who are like her or worship her. Fired someone for having a hard time at work after having a miscarriage. Who does that??? Fake and lied their way through audits... its only a matter of time that the ceo gets caught up in all their fraudulent schemes.
