Exposure to state of the of the art laboratory equipment. Cross training on multiple analyses. Work in collaboration with a dedicated team.

Due to the age of the facility, infrastructure could be improved. However, consistent improvements are being made on a regular basis.

Some people I worked with were great. Learned a lot of troubleshooting skills.

It is a constant grind to get work done on time. Instruments are typically old or bought used and are constantly breaking, causing extra stress.
