Pros
The colleagues - strong camaraderie. Depending on your team, the bosses can be reasonable and nice to work with. Decent exposure and a broad variety of work.
Cons
Long after I left the firm, I heard there were 2 shouting incidents by a female partner infamous for hollering her head off at secretaries and associates. Not surprised that management has failed to intervene and take action against workplace bullying, which said partner has been continuing with impunity. Also heard that there were instances where HR would interview candidates for job openings but later reject the candidate for "lack of budget". Tells you all you need to know.
