Exposure to a lot of projects, good pay, nice people. Paid overtime billed to clients, that's awesome. Overall it is what I expected from a professional services company, the only weird cool thing is I get paid weekly.

I really have not experience a major con, they are wishy-washy on paying mileage to or compensate drive time to clients.
