I HAVE NEVER!!!! - Anonymous employee RHP Properties Employee Review

Management doesn't seem to care about anything but themselves and money. There have been some WONDERFUL employees the company has lost due to the way RM's and GM's treat them. Talk down to them, threaten them, over work and under pay them, use them as escape goats for Managements own mistakes, embarrass them in front of Residents. All while THEIR BOSS looks the other way. I was told by my RM that "He doesn't talk to Assistants". How professional is that?!?
