      I like my residents, but felt like the company wouldn't do anything for them.

      Cons

      Love binders full of useless information that you have to fill out? This is the company for you. We were required to fill out a daily salt log for salt used on the roads, per bag. Binders for exactly how you spent your day. Credit card freezes so it couldn't be used when the company got into financial trouble every few months.
