      Pros

      Understands family comes first, decent pay, good hours, friendly employees. They are on an upward trend when it comes to caring about their employees. I have been with the company for almost four years and it's gotten so much better since I started.

      Cons

      They change procedures without notice. This is my biggest annoyance with the company.
