Horrible training Toxic culture Bosses not leaders Uppers have a lack of knowledge in construction which doesn't allow for proper repairs, only production. Slum lords Production above making proper repairs. Company will slander you when/if you quit. I had 3 separate companies reach out after I left telling me they are engaging in it. Their values don't align with their actions.
