      really great colleagues, good Benefits,

      Top management completely oblivious of everything but still creating a ton of pressure, elbow mentality (fostered by top management), tribe thinking of various departmens, bad communication (internally focus on "feel-good" news with no actual meaning), constant restructuring and no clear strategy (due to bad top management), frustration levels at employees extremely high, and again: really really really bad top management, constant lip-service regarding inclusion etc.

      - Global mobility for expanding and meeting personal career goals - Very strong communication from regional and global heads across many different business areas -Clear focus on employee engagement and keeping employees informed on status of company and strategy moving forward -Strong on-boarding program -Very remote-heavy
