International English speaking environment, good environment for employees with children because of flexible home office / remote work agreements and other social benefits. Modern office building, good accessible with public transportation.
Cons
Woke in-house propaganda team and rainbow flags everywhere. No self reflection, detection and solution of "real issues". Hiring based on fake diversity and management relationships, instead of best skills. Bad manners by some parts of the management.
