The owner/principal is the main issue. I Principal has tantrums. She screams at her employees in front of the whole team Principal gossips a lot, criticizes her employees to other employees, and overshares her private life Principal has to be involved in everything delaying projects by micromanaging the team members Principal cannot be contradicted. Employees must agree, support, and celebrate the principal and the office. If not, the principal will find an excuse to fire you or bully you until you leave. I have seen this pattern with several employees Principal is very manipulative and will use her private life to influence her employees The office doesn’t have a mentorship plan in place. There is not much learning or growth. The whole spiritual design it is just marketing and the office does not sustain those values High turn-over
