Stressful at times but worth it.

It is in a nice part of town in Montclair, NJ.

The overall atmosphere of the firm is very uncomfortable and you can sense a lot of blatant favoritism and employees walking on eggshells. There was a serious lack of communication and transparency towards the employees, there was no interest in any kind of improvement in the firm, the drawing standards were terrible, there was a very serious lack of customer service and respect towards their clients, the firm was also extremely un-responsiveness to others who collaborate in the industry such as GCs, trade professionals, and vendors, etc. If you’re a hardworking, professional designer/architect, they way this firm conduct business will create a lot of frustrations for you.
