Would not recommend working for them - Junior Applications Developer RHEA Group Employee Review

- The executives do not care for their employees. They pretty much just see the employees as money making machines. - The company would not spend the money on hiring experienced developers which meant most things were hacked together by inexperienced coop students (that's including myself) - Work/life balance was not existent for anyone that I worked with. I would routinely work late nights and early mornings. - Benefits were not good. Overall I definitely paid more into them than I actually got out. They covered just the bare minimum and at the full cost to me.
