Work life balance, some colleagues are helpful. Great place for retirement if you follow the right boss and keep your head low.
Cons
Pay below market rate, bonus is sucks even though bank making money. Senior management always bring in 'own' people that doesn't have any capability. Boss is micro manage and bias towards staff, will only listen to "own" people. Very serious bootlicking culture, promotion is based on your relationship with boss, HR basically not in function at all, hired lots of people from neighbouring country with not much experience but offering them high pay. Work for a year or two, get PR then left .Totally no brainer. Lots of blaming game when things goes wrong, best way to avoid is to kept your head down and mind your own business. Lots budget used for brand marketing, sacrifice the budget for staff bonding.
