Pros

- fast response teams - working remotely

Cons

Working at RHAD Agency is not worth your time or effort for the following reasons: 1. The company often avoids fulfilling its obligations to employees, such as failing to provide adequate data on performance or an open dashboard to track revenue generation. They focus solely on achieving KPIs, without considering cultural events or public holidays that may delay project approvals. 2. They set unrealistic targets without regard for local cultural differences. 3. Employees are expected to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, without additional compensation for overtime. 4. There is no insurance, employees must handle their own taxes, and the provided equipment is often malfunctioning, yet they expect fast and extended work hours. 5. The onboarding and offboarding processes are inadequate. It is essential to clarify salary payments and timelines before resigning, as sudden deductions can occur after departure. 6. One of the C-level executives lacks leadership by example and is often rude. They demand respect while treating employees poorly, with minimal benefits and a lack of empathy. 7. The company lacks a consistent standard operating procedure (SOP) and makes arbitrary changes to contracts without formal amendments. 8. They manipulate work situations and deflect accountability, blaming employees for underperformance despite setting short timelines and being overly aggressive in pushing sales. 9. Sales employees should be cautious, as the company may exploit them for their database while providing minimal support. 10. There is little opportunity for career advancement. The majority shareholders are Indian, and the company focuses on markets such as Indonesia, India, Australia, Singapore, and the UK, where they have a partnership with DOG Agency. In conclusion, it is advisable to avoid working at RHAD Agency, as they will treat you poorly with minimal benefits and disregard your well-being.

RHAD Agency Response

We appreciate your feedback and understand that every work experience is unique. At RHAD, we strive to create a fair, performance-driven, and collaborative work environment. However, we would like to address some of the concerns raised: Performance Expectations – As a sales-driven company, individual performance is a key metric. This is a standard approach across the industry, as sales roles are performance-based. Target Setting – Targets are always discussed and mutually agreed upon before implementation to ensure they are realistic and achievable. Work-Life Balance – We do not require employees to work on weekends unless a project necessitates it. In such rare instances, appropriate compensation is provided. For the Business Development role, this is an uncommon occurrence. Equipment & Support – Any necessary hardware is provided after proper sign-off. If there are technical issues, we are open to resolving them. Probation & Notice Period – Leaving during the probation period with a one-day notice limits the opportunity for open discussions or constructive feedback. Professional Conduct – Respect is a two-way street. We expect all employees to uphold professional conduct, and any concerns about leadership should be viewed in context. Performance Accountability – Sales is a results-oriented field. If performance does not meet expectations, it is reviewed objectively rather than manipulated. Data & Confidentiality – We have never asked employees to share external databases, and we maintain strict professional ethics regarding client and company data. Diversity & Inclusion – RHAD is an inclusive, global company. Our leadership and shareholders’ backgrounds do not influence work culture or decision-making. Any concerns regarding diversity should have been addressed at the start of employment. At RHAD, we aim to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but we also encourage self-reflection on skills and performance. If you'd like to have a professional discussion on these matters, we are open to it. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Best regards, RHAD
