      Cons

      No collaboration with support staff. "Engineers know everything," but they do not. Senior management condescending attitudes. The only firm they have worked for and don't understand or want other business practices.

      Cons

      Empty promises, undefined and ambiguous growth paths, not all employees are treated the same. Ambiguous performance metrics. Very few procedures are written down, and “everyone/each office does it differently” is a consistent statement. Onboarding and training is below standards.
