Pros
Great pay, Very nice co-workers, large knowledge base, own office. RH2 has a lot going for it in the area of pump stations, reservoirs, and other similar misc. areas.
Cons
For my time at the company, my day-to-day lifestyle got really monotonous. Since RH2 specializes in one area of the market and rarely deviates, doing the same thing everyday is very common. Wasn't my cup of tea, but many people like the daily grind.
