Cons
They interviews me for over a year to become a gallery designer. However once I went through the final stages of a week long denser project. They offered me a sales job. The guy interviewing me got up from you final presentation 5 times to answer his sell phone. Then when I was finished he told me o totally don't understand how they do design the way RH does!? First of all I didnt work there yet and had no training and second of all he was putting his personal bias of likes and dislikes into me design project. I have been doing interior design for ten years. I was so offended by his attitude and disrespect I turned down the redicuous job offer. They wasted so much of your time and energy it was offensive.
