Pros
The work is repetitive and straight forward. It is a fairly easy job to manage. Most of the responsibility is in ensuring payroll is reported.
Cons
The executives do not have concern about employees or how management only responds when circumstances force them to. There is blatant harassment and it is tolerated because the owners are not willing to acknowledge its existence.
