- Very political - Company doesn't understand its own market segment (think it's a big4 alternative, but it's really a Robert Half alternative - Very expensive - demanding a x2.2 mark up on consultant cost with a 43% GP margin target - that is super expensive, uncompetitive and unheard of in the staffing industry - No methodology - i.e. "Consulting Projects" are really "Staff Augmentation contracts" - Decline in stock value is an indicator that folks are catching on - Company is led by Accountants, not Recruiting professionals as it should be
