Pay could be a bit better but you do learn a lot.

None- the work is monotonous and management is no help

The hours- They Claim that overtime is not company mandated, but there was a rare time I only put in 40 hours Management- Managers act as if their duty is to help when in reality they work more to harrass their employees. Turnaround in the company is very quick with people being hired, quitting and being let go continuously Work- When you are hired and asked about travel and opportunity it is cracked up to being a place where responsibility and opportunity is readily available-this is a complete misrepresentation of the company. You will work as a CAD monkey and the seemingly nice "trips" are nothing more than measuring buildings for a few hours and coming back with measurements that you will spend entering in. The design work is done usually by management and it is highly uninspired
