You can’t run a mtinational like an IT startup - Director RGI Group Employee Review

Dear “former” Director, First we would like to thank you for taking time to give us this constructive feedback. Basically I think that you are right, in 2018 RGI will grow on the International market only 20 %.... I can’t wait to see what will happen when RGI will be managed by a new CEO and by a very smart Top Management….can you imagine? 😉 Additionally, from your review you seem to be very expert in Techxx Start ups, and as I’m used to be a very humble guy I am excited to learn some new best practices from who is an expert in leading a successful Company. I would like to invite you to have a Italian coffee in our office in Milan, it could be a great opportunity to have a face to face clarification that in these cases it is much more effective than a review which obviously is a mean way to discredit the great work that everyone in this Company is doing.
