-Really cool work -Compensation -OT for hourly

-high turnover -lack of effective and open communication -a significant culture of gossip and negative talk about current and former employees from all levels (including management) -employees aren’t trusted even if they’ve never given reason not to. Unfortunately, only longterm employees inadequate at their roles are trusted -flexibility for few and not all -micromanagement and constantly being watched -employees will go directly to management without addressing their coworkers first -workload isn’t consistent and when there’s a lack of work it leads to reduced hours -management does not create a safe space for employees to voice concerns or feedback -no direct line between HR and employees

A couple friendly people maybe otherwise going home.

Toxic workplace tonthe core. Management lives to bad mouth current and previous employees, they do not have any onboarding or training program. Business is based of off relationship rather than prospecting. They lack respect for people and will get rid of people based on popularity or if they just dont feel your vibe.
