In private, most of the employees at the Head Office are really nice people and fun to hang out with.

Middle management has no leadership and absolutely no management capabilities. No frameworks, no professional structures available. The whole management layer is a chaos. Top management gets paid millions in stocks, salaries... the rest is paid mediocre if not underpaid. That results in the poorest work ethics that I had ever seen. And of course, you get what you pay for. So mediocre environment, mediocre people.

Difficult to get advanced PTO because you have to work for a whole year first to earn PTO and if you leave before the year they take the money back from advanced PTO from your final check.
