Pros
Very friendly people and good corporate culture. They care about their employees and it is an enjoyable environment to work in. Good training program for new employees.
Cons
It is a fairly small company so there is limited room for advancement. Very rigorous hiring process that can be time consuming. Many positions require on-going continuing education which may not appeal to some people.
