No toxic managers, Good benefits, Most people at the company are very nice.

I would recommend joining sales team if you’re an entry lever sales rep or don’t care about moving up. But for a high performing rep it might not be the best workplace. I haven’t seen a single person get promoted or was trained for a different role if they were open to it.
