Could be a great place to work, however there are always those who willingly tread all over other peoples feelings and work ethic - just to be seen as top dog. Paid roughly the same as a cleaner - so you're not paid fairly. Glad to be out of the stress!

Workforce and team members spread out around the UK so only meet up twice a year.
Difficult to progress if you're not near London or willing to travel regularly to London
