Pros
Some coworker’s are great to work with, do give you breakfast and lunch during tax season, some clients are great to work with, enjoyed working with senior accountants… some were very easy and approachable
Cons
Some departments have a mean girls club that don’t like you unless you fall into their criteria, allows some people to do whatever they want, only listens to one side and managing partners listen too much to certain people instead of finding out all the information, HR never there so hope you never have a problem, some supervisor staff will do anything to make you look bad so they look perfect, poor communication and toxic workplace
