Pros

If you want a cliquey place to work, with a complete lack of diversity or any governance, whereby your only means of success is through favourtism, then this is a great place to work (!)

Cons

Disgusting place to work. Senior management is completely clueless. There is very apparent discrimination there as I experienced firsthand. The abysmal onboarding process, they make it up as they go along and then blame you for not performing against invisible criteria. They have NO HR function, they only appointed an HR Consultant as I was leaving. This consultant is not accessible to employees on their own accord so that senior management can control the narrative communicated with the consultant. Their turnover is through the roof, especially in Account Management which is a testament to how horrible it is to work there, I experienced things that no ethnic minority should, especially in the peak of the BLM movement. This company does not care about their employee's welfare unless you're a lucky selected favourite. They assuage any responsibility or accountability for their complete incompetence by saying they gift employees with a holiday at the end of the year AKA "we treat our employees right!".

Pros

Hybrid working, fast set up for new starters, flat hierarchy with approachable colleagues across each level, quick tech fixes, great snack cupboard, monthly team lunch get togethers, great projects, creative and clever people surround you. People are busy but happy to help. Innovative. Well behaved, friendly dogs are welcome in the office. People get stuck in, help each other out, and get the job done the best way possible.

Cons

Due to hybrid working you may not meet people in person for a few weeks. But teams is available for when you're ooo. Everyone is busy and focused, it's best to have an open, pro-active and curious, approach when you start and introduce yourself as people keep their heads down when focused on projects.

Pros

From day one, the warm and welcoming atmosphere at RFA has made it feel less like a workplace and more like a second home. The team's camaraderie and genuine friendliness create a unique environment where collaboration and teamwork thrives, and every employee is valued not just as a colleague, but as a member of the RFA family. The leadership at RFA has mastered the art of balancing professionalism with a personal touch. It's refreshing to be a part of a company where the leadership genuinely cares about the well-being and growth of its employees. The open communication channels and approachable management make it easy to voice ideas, concerns, or simply engage in a friendly conversation. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a workplace where they can thrive both personally and professionally.

Cons

This can be a stressful environment and is incredibly fast paced. This can allow people to develop quickly but can be overwhelming for people that do not enjoy a challenging environment. In order to thrive in this role, you need to take pride in the work you do, and be willing to take on new challenges head on.
