Cons
This company PAID for positive reviews. As long as you used your company email address so they could validate, they offered $100 to every employee who made a 4 or 5 star review!!! Isn’t it interesting how soooo often a negative review which is truthful about what it’s like to work here is followed by one or more glowing reviews that all say the same thing?? The negative reviews are all true. I once saw them fire a sales guy when they knew his wife was about to have a baby!!! And for no reason, he was doing better than most of the other sales people! How in the world can you explain that??? This place is truly a nightmare employee. The culture is sooooo much like the movie Office Space. Look at employees in their eyes here and you can tell they just want to die on the inside. Search LinkedIn for former employees here. The list is virtually endless, And the ironic part is that most of them are successful in what they’re doing now.
