Great work environment and growth opportunities Learned a lot in the Human Capital Development program from leadership. CEO is caring and friendly and approachable. More importantly, respects feedback and appreciates it.
Cons
Work from home is not all bed of roses all the time. A lot of communication gaps since COVID-19 hit and the team working remotely for almost a year now. Much has improved by leadership but more needs to be done.
