Renewable energy, Decent products, some really nice people to work with, good benes, good location

The company has changed course so many times it was a constant state of frustration - couldn't maintain consistency for more than 6 months before the entire org had one shake up or another. The directions that the company would choose was sometime so illogical that you would be shaken by what the future would bring - But the local management (who appeared to be afraid of losing their jobs) would keep a smile on their face and cause all subordinates to start running in circles to try to fill the new deficiencies. The amount of internal bickering and backstabbing was so rampant it seemed normal after a while. The company culture was practically non-existent and the management team would turn a blind eye to the internal bullying, badmouthing of other employees - Thankfully I didn't stay very long
