Nice office space and some interesting projects

I worked here for just over a year. There were massive race and gender disparity that greatly negatively affected the company culture. I had to work in a room of only young white men whose conversations always drifted back to something sexist or racist, making me feel very alone and uncomfortable. There was one talk done on sexist behaviour but the teachings were forgotten within a week. My starting salary was low and stayed low, with no obvious prospects of promotion. Project management was disorganized and overtime was too frequent to justify staying for any longer. At the time, anyone who was not upper management was also disgruntled by their low salary and poor working hours when asked.

Very organised. Open to suggestions. Everyone is talented and competent. Organisation feel horizontal, even you have line managers you can easily bypass issues and burocracy is kept low.

Sometimes even they are organised development becomes chaotic, nothing exceptional but it happens. Paywise could be better I think.
