Good work life balance, low competition, autonomous teams, rather modern tech stack (depending on the team)
Cons
If you want to earn more than the usual cap of 70-85k €/year you have to become a manager or apply somewhere else. There's no way for engineers to earn 90k+, regardless how good or important you are. You could only become an architect and sit in meetings all day long (no more coding). The salary for architects is not. a lot better though. Many scrummasters, at the same time reduing engineering capacity while management wants to keep up the pace of adding new features.
