      Pros

      - learn sales techniques - great networking - most managers and coworkers provide friendly and supportive environment

      Cons

      - some campaigns much harder than others - clients can inadvertently make vertical much more difficult without adjusting goals from REVGEN's side - no adjustment to goals from management considering COVID makes goals almost impossible to achieve

      We would love to gain more insight into your comments regarding COVID as we have taken many steps to ensure that our goals are fair, clients are successful, and employees are happy. Since COVID, we have reviewed and adjusted goals according to live-time feedback and results, created a safe space within the office for those who are struggling to work remote, and invested in additional tools, resources and training to evolve with the changing environment. Over the last 6 months, we haven’t received any feedback from our employees about not being able to hit goal due to COVID.       Pros

      This is your best shot at a successful career in software sales. You learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to A BUNCH of different SAAS companies that you can join after you finish your 4 months at REVGEN.

      Cons

      The dials can be tough but you've got to start somewhere.
