6yWell this is a bit of a head scratcher. You chose an interesting title for your review. During this time our managers have put in countless hours and our CEO has taken an active role in ensuring that all of our training and support continues to meet or exceed previous expectations. We acknowledge the existing difficulties with COVID and reduced goals, suspended performance management and avoided any layoffs by creating additional internal roles. At REVGEN we pride ourselves on transparency and work hard to create an open line of communication to the point where our CEO gives every employee his mobile number.
