Pros
I was applying for a long time to SDR jobs, just to never even hear from them about an interview. When I found REVGEN and applied, I found myself with a job within a week. During my 4 months here, I not only mastered cold calling, but I learned so much about the industry and opportunities within the realm of tech sales. Management was always here for me if I needed any help or advice, and they really did care to make me better. I was most impressed during my 4 month when it was time for me to "graduate" and I was able to pick from a list of opportunities of where I wanted to start interviewing. I am self admittingly horrible at interviewing, and they trained me and coached me throughout the entire process, leaving me for the first time ever feeling confident in interviews. My time here was a short, enjoyable 4 months, and for anyone looking to break into this industry I could not recommend it enough. You will not only be opened to opportunities, but become a master of the skills you need to succeed there,
Cons
I read alot of these reviews, and my honest take is I think most of the negativity is from people who just were not a good fit for sales. Every once in a while, somebody would come in here and expect results without putting in the effort and hustle it takes to succeed in a sales role. You truly get what you put in, in any sales role. This program is designed to be quick and you need to come ready to get better each day and hustle. It is not hard to come in and put your head down for 4 months,
