The pros of working for a large company such as REV Group is, being a large company, they can afford to pay their employees more compensation, advancement opportunities with certifications, and tuition assistance for degrees, as well as diversity.
Cons
The cons that come with working for a larger company such as REV Group, is decisions are made at a slower pace because of Red Tape. Employees opinions/input isn't considered, and with a lot of workers in one place, an individual's massive work input isn't noticed.
