Pros
This is an entry level IT Help Desk Position. It is an adequate position for experiential leverage and a launching pad into the IT realm. It is a job that requires minimum day to day tasks with low difficulty.
Cons
The pay is horrible. There is no organizational structure or management which also means there is absolutely no protocol for handling anything. You are expected to do more work with no raise or bonus pay. It is a 24/7 rotational shift so the hours are extremely exhausting to the degree that its hard to go to school and study for certification tests (which they take months to reimburse you on) because of the fatigue and constant monitoring that you have to do throughout the day and night.
